I absolutely loved the way my blinds turned out in my home. The whole experience was very professional and the blinds were pristine and well done. The installer was very polite and courteous. I've looked almost everywhere, and could not find any company that had zebra shades in the color that I wanted. So, I turned to California Binds (because so many of my friends had recommended it), and I was delighted. My order was very detailed and lengthy, but California Blinds had absolutely no problem getting it right the first time.
Had an issue with shipping for a replacement part that I had ordered through Amazon. Contacted the Company through their website and was able to straighten out the issue, almost immediately. The person I spoke with ( I believe was the owner), was super cool and took care of me with professionalism.
Customer brought in a 3 inch venetian wood blind made in 2011. The blind needed to be re-tape. Call California blind company to order replacement tape so we could repair the blind for the customer.The company informed us that they do not sell replacement part. The only way to product could be repair was returned to the company. I've been repair window coverings for over 40 years. Never had a company refused to sell us parts to repair the product. Now we have to ship a big 3" wood blind to California from Washington to have the string ladder replace. The company refused to pay the shipping costs. Don't understand why they can't provide us with 24 feet of string ladder that they could shipping in an envelope.

He went out of his way to resolve this problem. He got in touch with the manufacturer had them send us some replacement ladder tape.
